Following last year’s workshop in Kenya, CEA and 2FG convened once again from August 13th to 16th, 2024, to review, evaluate, and enhance their financial, managerial, and organizational systems. This collaborative effort aimed to reinforce compliance, accountability, and sustainability within both organizations. Participants included financial, program, and MERL personnel, as well as directors from CEA and 2FG, alongside representatives from KP-TNC, Mpenda Mazingira Foundation, 2FG health personnel, and beneficiaries. The workshop provided a platform for strategic discussions and practical solutions to strengthen internal systems, ensuring long-term organizational effectiveness and impact.
