Victor Adula
Executive director

Victor Adula is a visionary youth leader and community development professional dedicated to advancing inclusive health systems and social transformation across Eastern Africa. Victor provides strategic leadership in policy advocacy, community empowerment, and rights-based health programming.With over five years of experience, Victor has worked with rural and urban communities in Kenya and Tanzania to strengthen community systems, support vulnerable populations, and promote evidence-based advocacy. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, he also serves as the Lead for Civil Society Organizations under the Prevention Pillar of Kenya’s Counter-Trafficking in Persons (CTiP) framework and as a Board Member of EACSOF, representing youth voices regionally. Passionate and community-driven, he continues to inspire young leaders and foster inclusive, people-centered development.

Bridged Faida
Technical Lead
Bridged holds a BA in Psychology from Tangaza University College, a Dip in Business Management from Kenya Methodist University and a Higher Dip in Counseling Psychology from Kenya Institute of Counseling Psychologists. Bridged has extensively worked on supporting civil society to engage with decision-makers at community, national, regional, and global levels on issues of women, children and youth. She is a civil society organizer working on building and strengthening civil society networks and platforms for social inclusion and other related advocacy campaigns in Africa.Her contributions to building spaces that facilitate African civil society’s leadership in promoting social inclusion include the Transparency Accountability Partnership (TAP), and Kenya CSOs Leaders Forum.
Newton Ondiek
Finance Administrator
Newton Ondiek is the Financial Administrator at Consolation, bringing extensive experience and robust financial skills to the organization. He holds a degree in Commerce with a specialization in Finance from Kaimosi Friends University.Joining Consolation in 2024, Newton has a proven track record in financial management and community engagement. He has worked with the informal village of Likuyani in Western Kenya, where he played a pivotal role in improving residents’ health through the Bora Afya Project. Additionally, Newton has been a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment, particularly focused on helping young boys avoid falling into drug misuse. Newton’s commitment to both financial excellence and community well-being makes him a valuable asset to Consolation.
Emily Tumpes
Monitoring and Evaluation officer
Emily Tumpes is a dedicated Community Development Worker holding a Diploma in Community Health and Development. She is deeply committed to advancing community empowerment, inclusion, and the overall well-being of vulnerable populations.With previous experience at a Level Five County Hospital in Kajiado, Emily provided counseling and psychosocial support to people living with HIV, teenage mothers, and expectant women. This experience strengthened her passion for promoting community health and awareness.At present, Emily actively contributes to programs focusing on child protection, countering human trafficking, and strengthening community health systems. She has also participated in school mentorship initiatives aimed at guiding and inspiring young people to make informed and positive life choices.Emily is passionate about promoting human dignity, equality, and sustainable community development through effective communication and empowerment.
