We have been working hand in hand with “Women, Youth, Children Development Organization, (WYCDO)” in empowering the old aged women of Kibera on positive aging, physical exercises and trying to install a smile on their faces.

On this day, we joined hands with WYCDO in the accompaniment of the Dimez dance group who are CEA mentees who perfomed dances, Consolation had a training session on physical and mental health. The event was held in Makina Kibera, at the Charity Brothers Center, to mark World AIDS Day, that was led by the women who are termed “Warembo Group” -who are WLHIV, to also present their expertise and what they have been able to learn and archive, through poems, songs, dance, storytelling and fashion show.

Their was aerobics and relaxing exercises for the women, presentation about Hope, arguing the women to adopt intrinsic hope for their wellbeing.
