On May 9th-10th, CEA proudly participated in the UN Civil Society Conference, a pivotal gathering shaping the Pact for the Future. This conference brought together global stakeholders to contribute towards a collective vision addressing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), human rights, and other critical aspects shaping the future of our planet. Through dynamic discussions and reflections, the conference laid the foundation for the ImPact for the Future, a framework set to be refined and presented at the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) before adoption by member states. As a partner of TAP, CEA played a key role in advocating for inclusive development, ensuring that voices from the grassroots to the global stage were heard. Our engagement facilitated valuable discussions on civic space, human rights, and the importance of inclusion, reinforcing the need for a just and equitable global future.
