CEA organized a 3-day training on Business Games held at St. Joseph The Worker Cathedral, Ngong’, which targeted survivors of Human trafficking and GBV who own small businesses.
The training was funded by The German Sparkassenstiftung and presented by GIZ under the coordination of BMM.
The aims of this business games is to experient learning and capacity building. These games are designed to simulate real-world business environments and challenges, helping participants develop practical skills and knowledge.
Enhancing Business Skills, Promoting Entrepreneurship, Encouraging Teamwork and Supporting Development Goals are also the purpose of the game to the participants.
