We at Consolation joined Kajiado County in celebrating 16 days of activism at the Kajiado Central in KCB grounds. In attendance was the 1st lady Mrs Lenku, area MP, County Women Rep, CECM gender, County Commissioner, partner organizations, medical facilities and the community. This day was set to raise awareness against Gender Based Violence (GBV) to the community of kajiado.

The event started with a flag off of procession, entertainment then each partner introduced their organization and what they do.

During the event there was distribution of HIV self test kits together with condoms, and medical check up on pressure, weight and diabetes. Partners who made the day a success were then awarded with certificates and Maasai gifts from the County office.
